导师介绍:
从事集成电路先进工艺节点材料和器件的研发及其在感存算一体化的应用。在相关领域发表高水平SCI论文50余篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在Nat.Commun,Adv.Mater,Adv.Funct.Mater,Nano Energy,IEEE Electron Dev.L.等国际期刊上发表论文12篇,被引2700余次,h-index 34。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、中国博士后科学基金站中特别资助和中国博士后科学基金面上项目。
招收微电子、光电子、电子信息和集成电路等相关专业背景的硕士研究生。
